I am a legitimate 1st-time customer. After my SUV was damaged by an at-fault driver, their “progressive” insurance company suggested I take my truck to their in-network repair shop in Murray, KY (about 1-hour away). Not having had an accident in many years, I went to 1st Choice because they were close to my home in Martin. The estimate was on Friday afternoon. I was there 5-7 minutes for them to take photos and they said they would e-mail me all I need. They did just that within the hour. I then decided to go with 1st Choice and drop it off first thing that Monday Morning. Not only was that quick as well. They had my rental waiting for me in the shop (clean and warm). I was there for like 5-minutes and was all set. They also said to plan on everything take a week. 1st Choice handled all the work with the company’s adjuster, and both called me on Tuesday indicating the damage was more than initially anticipated and claim would be higher - - and that they will handle everything together. No work on my end. On Wednesday morning, the 1st Choice said my truck would be ready that afternoon. I WAS SHOCKED. Repairs, rear-bumper replacement, paint, and even washing my truck was completed in just 2.5 days. When I arrived Wednesday afternoon, my truck was waiting for me in front, we exchanged keys, and I was on my way. Their work is also AWESOME! Good Service, in almost every industry is hard to find these days. Rarely do we (the public) receive service that was memorable, and memorable for the right reasons. This was EXCELLENT SERVICE and in every way. I will be using this experience in my training of staff in my job and will singing their praises and supporting them locally. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I give them 6.
